A small desk, built on a working practice.
The Agent On File is the national form of a discipline that already runs in one state: PA CROP Services has kept registered office and compliance calendars for Pennsylvania companies since its founding, with the same rules this business is built on — deadlines from verified data, mail matched to entities by a human when the machine cannot, and no claim made that the operation cannot cash.

The verification discipline
Every deadline and fee on this site traces to a row in a dataset checked against the publishing state’s own pages, with the source and date carried on the row. Rows are re-verified on a rotating pass; a row that goes stale is re-checked before it feeds a customer’s deadline. When a state corrects us — or we catch a figure that drifted, the way Delaware’s LLC tax moved from $300 to $400 on the Division’s own pages — the correction ships the same week and the folio’s verification date moves with it.
Why “on file”
Because that is the whole job, stated the way the state states it: an agent on file, a calendar on file, your mail on file. Companies rarely die of competition in this corner of the law. They die of a letter nobody read and a date nobody kept. We keep both.
The rate card, and the order we open in
Launch pricing, published before enrollment opens. State filing fees pass through at cost and are shown before anything is filed. The reminder tier — one entity’s ledger, watched and reminded — is free.
Enrollment is not open today. It opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and a first test order has been completed and proven on the record. The founding list hears first — by state, in order. Questions before joining: write to the desk.
