Four answers in. Your state’s ledger out.

Tell us where the entity lives, what it is, when it was formed, and who its agent is. The checkup reads the verified state record — the same dataset our calendars run on — and writes your obligation ledger: what is owed, when, what it costs, and what a miss costs.

Run the checkup

From your articles or certificate of formation.

Computed only from state data we have verified against the state’s own publications. If your state is not verified yet, the checkup says so — it never guesses a date.

What the checkup will not do

§1

It will not guess

If a state’s data has not been verified against the state’s own publications, the checkup says that and offers the founding list. A deadline engine that improvises dates is worse than no engine.

§2

It will not pretend to know your filing history

The ledger shows what the state expects. Where a past cycle may be unfiled, the exposure is stated conditionally — “if this cycle is unfiled” — because only the state’s record knows, and we will not dress an inference up as a fact.

§3

It is not legal advice

The checkup is a calendar and a mirror of public state data. Dissolution already in effect, tax clearance, and anything headed for a courtroom belongs with a licensed attorney in your state.

Enrollment is not open today. It opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and a first test order has been completed and proven on the record. The founding list hears first — by state, in order. Questions before joining: write to the desk.
