Your company’s mail, where you actually are.
The registered office is where your company legally receives mail. You are wherever the work is. Mail mirroring closes that distance: what arrives at the office is scanned to your portal, typically within 24 hours, and the originals stay on file.
Two classes of mail
§1
Process + official state mail
Service of process, secretary-of-state and tax notices, delinquency and dissolution warnings. Covered in all 49 launch states + DC. Scanned, typically within 24 hours; service of process escalates by phone until acknowledged.
§2
Business mail mirroring
Ordinary business mail addressed to your company at the registered office. Offered in the twenty lit states on the map below. Scanned to the portal vault under your mail plan; originals held on file.
The mail-class map
Every lit slot links to its state folio. Unlit cells are launch-scope states where the first class is covered and the second is not offered yet — the cell states its class on its face, and your state folio says the same in writing, before any enrollment.
The unmatched-mail rule
Every scan is matched to an entity by file reference. A scan that matches nothing enters a human review queue the same day and stays visible on an exceptions list until a person resolves it. In this business, an orphan letter is a failed system, not an unlucky customer.
What mail mirroring is not
It is not a virtual office, a coworking address, or a bank-account address, and it does not make the registered office your principal place of business. States that bar mail-receiving addresses as registered offices are honored as written; the folio for each state carries its rule.
The rate card, and the order we open in
Launch pricing, published before enrollment opens. State filing fees pass through at cost and are shown before anything is filed. The reminder tier — one entity’s ledger, watched and reminded — is free.
Enrollment is not open today. It opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and a first test order has been completed and proven on the record. The founding list hears first — by state, in order. Questions before joining: write to the desk.
