One folio per state. Published only when the data earns it.
A folio opens when the state’s deadline rules, fees, agent requirements, and consequences have all been verified against the state’s own publications — verifier, source, and date on the record. No row, no folio. That rule is why this index is short today and why every date on it can be trusted.
Published folios
Verification in progress
Full mail mirroring runs in twenty states. Folios for the remaining mail states — Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Montana, New Mexico, Utah — are in verification now, and their founding lists are open. The rest of the launch scope (49 states and DC; Pennsylvania belongs to PA CROP Services) follows the same gate: the folio ships when the data does, not before.

Every verified deadline, one ledger
The deadline library renders every verified row in the dataset — including states whose full folios are still in preparation — with fees and sources attached. The mail classes behind the pigeonholes above are set out on the mail page.
The rate card, and the order we open in
Launch pricing, published before enrollment opens. State filing fees pass through at cost and are shown before anything is filed. The reminder tier — one entity’s ledger, watched and reminded — is free.
Enrollment is not open today. It opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and a first test order has been completed and proven on the record. The founding list hears first — by state, in order. Questions before joining: write to the desk.
