The Agent On File Registered agent · Compliance calendar · Mail on file

Flat, annual, and published before it can be bought.

Three prices. No formation bundle required, no renewal ambush — the renewal price is the first price, printed at the same size on the rate card — and the state’s own fees are never folded into ours.

Where enrollment stands. The Agent On File is built and enrolling soon — not today. Enrollment opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and our first test order has been completed and proven on the record. Join the founding list and we will tell you the day it opens. The Entity Checkup and the free one-entity reminder tier work now.

The Agent On File — agent, calendar, mail vault$149per entity, per year · renews at $149
Bundled — the annual filing included$199per entity, per year · renews at $199
Filing add-on — one cycle, prepared and filed$129added to the base plan, per use

Launch pricing, published before enrollment opens. State filing fees pass through at cost and are shown before anything is filed. The reminder tier — one entity’s ledger, watched and reminded — is free.

What we never charge for

Reading your own mail. Scans of process and state mail are the service, not a per-page product. Leaving. Cancellation takes effect at term end with a transition packet — your ledger, your mail archive, your deadline record — because the no-silent-lapse rule binds us first: you are told at 60, 30, and 7 days before coverage ends, and the packet arrives before it ends. The state’s fees, marked up. State filing and change fees pass through at cost, itemized.

The honest comparison

Incumbent prices, as checked on 2026-10-23: Northwest Registered Agent lists $125 a year and renews at $125. Registered Agents Inc’s own retail price is $200 a year. LegalZoom lists $249. Harbor Compliance runs $99 for the first year and $159 after. ZenBusiness runs $99 for the first year and renews at $199. Our $149 sits where it sits on purpose: above the loss-leader first years, below the renewals they become, and flat from the first year. The comparison pages work through each incumbent, including the cases where you should choose them.

State-tier honesty

In a small number of states, the published cost of serving an entity properly makes the $149 tier uneconomic. Where that is true, the state folio shows the correct tier before checkout — the price changes by state only where the state’s own economics force it, and never silently at renewal.

The founding list

One email when enrollment opens for your state. No drip sequence, no sales call. The list is segmented by state and entity type, and it is the order we open in.
