Draft — pending legal review. This text is published for review before enrollment opens. It is not yet an operative agreement: no purchase is possible today, and the final version is the one in force on the day enrollment opens.
1. What we hold
Account email and name; entity name, state, type, and formation date; your obligation ledger and its evidence records; scans of mail received for your entity at the registered office; and the audit trail of sends, acknowledgements, and escalations the service creates.
2. The gateway rule — our wholesaler never gets your identity from us
Fulfillment orders and mail matching run on an opaque per-entity reference. The wholesale desk and the agent of record receive what the state requires for the filing and the mail — the entity’s public record — and do not receive your account email, phone, or portal data from us. Your contact details live in this system only.
3. What mail scans are
Mail addressed to your entity at the registered office is opened and scanned as the service you bought requires — that is the substance of a registered office. Scans are visible to your account and to the operations staff who run the review queue. They are not sold, not used for advertising, and not mined for anything beyond delivery to you.
4. Sharing
With the state, what a filing requires. With the fulfillment desk, the entity’s public record and the opaque reference. With anyone else: nothing, absent your instruction or a legal compulsion we would notify you of where the law allows.
5. Retention and exit
Your mail archive and ledger are exportable in the transition packet at any exit. After an account closes, records are retained for the period the operative agreement states (draft held for legal review) and then deleted, except the audit records the law and our own proof discipline require us to keep.

The rate card, and the order we open in
Launch pricing, published before enrollment opens. State filing fees pass through at cost and are shown before anything is filed. The reminder tier — one entity’s ledger, watched and reminded — is free.
Enrollment is not open today. It opens when our wholesale fulfillment agreement is executed and a first test order has been completed and proven on the record. The founding list hears first — by state, in order. Questions before joining: write to the desk.
